Dave and Tom arrived on time, easy to talk to, explained how they were going to install the stair lift and the time period it would take, answering questions as we progressed through the conversation . Dave and team very professional very polite at all times. Royale are a firm I would trust and recommend. After installation (completed before time stated) the stair lift and area were cleaned . Stair lift has made a big difference to me and my wife lives.
